Pricing is based on billable members: athletes who are connected, active, and meaningfully engaged with your brand program. Included thresholds are plan-review points, not hard caps or surprise upgrades. Annual plans bill monthly with a 12-month commitment.
How billable members are counted
We count an athlete as billable for your brand only when all three are true in the trailing 12 months: they still have an active brand connection, they have verified activity after joining, and they have engaged with your brand program.
Engagement means joining your program, claiming or generating a reward code, or making a purchase we can attribute to a PROOF reward.
We do not charge you for someone just because they connected Strava, keep uploading activities, passively receive a reward, hit a milestone, or complete an automatic challenge. If they stop engaging with your brand program for 12 months, they age out of your billable count until they engage again.
If your billable-member count grows beyond the included threshold, we review the right plan with you. Athletes can keep joining, activity keeps verifying, and you will not be auto-upgraded without a conversation.
